NUS “commencement”
Yes I put “commencent” in small letters and in inverted commas. I went to see a client at the Cultural Centre yesterday and I found myself in the middle of a ludicrious excuse for security check at the Centre. I had a rather interesting and hilarious discussion about commencement. Haha.
Commencement my arse. What are they commencing? A life of hell in this the social fabric of Singapore life? As a social clone? Ha! Of course the lucky ones’ll not be doomed as a social clone but hey, they’re rare! haha! I’m so bitchy.
Anyways Apple was there and my client was saying that even the Apple guys were there to buy the iPods on sale there. Apparently the new iPod Photos (which have been renamed apparently to just iPod) are going for $459 bucks, which is EVEN cheaper than the staff discounts Apple people get. GO GET THEM!!
